For 20 years we’ve crafted a magnificent and unique studio in Medina, south of Perth for visitors and clay enthusiasts.
We offer a range of creative clay workshops: we show you how it’s done, we provide all tools and materials, we offer you artistic advice, and a beautiful haven to work in. Then, we will fire your work for you in our on-premises kilns.

Our studio is located less than half an hour’s drive south of Perth into the leafy village of Medina.
As soon as you arrive you are greeted by the charm of our Mediterranean-style finca, where you’ll find our labour of love, decorated the property with tile art. You’ll leave feeling like you’ve just spent the day in Europe. It’s a unique experience, and as our guests, we welcome you to enjoy the beauty we’ve created!

Our teachers have over 40 years’ experience in the world of clay.
Labyrinth Studio offers a wide range of workshops from beginners to advanced skills. If you are starting out with clay, our introductory Clay Odyssey workshop is a great way to learn the basic foundations of pottery where you will learn pinching, coiling and slab building.
Perfect your newly learned set of skills by developing more advanced methods and strategies in ceramics. Our courses in glazing techniques and tessellations expose you to the world of Raku and Cuenca and are ideal in mastering skills in the glaze world.
We are happy to answer any questions and guide you - whether you are looking for a creative outlet, want to learn a new skill set, or in the pursuit of becoming a master potter.
Becoming a clay superhero takes time and practise…. At Labyrinth Studio we can design courses around projects of your design allowing you to perfect your creative dreams.
